The hunter's signature on the entry affidavit is notarized by a notary public or witnessed by the official measurer. Information must be accurately presented for the hunter to sign the affidavit form.

All entries require a series of clearly focused, close-up photographic documents from front, both sides and top of each entry. Digital photographs of 1200 DPI or better are now acceptable as required to protect the integrity of the club's careful process and archives.
