The Lodge

Your lodge is a 3700 square foot haven of comfort.
Here you can kick back in front of the big fireplace while having a cocktail after an enjoyable day of hunting. Expert cooks will take care of all food needs in our modern kitchen, and this varies from a thick grilled ribeye steak to hearty Tex-Mex and Southern cooking. You won't go hungry. Since some folks may enjoy nonhunting activities or a great way to just get away, there are several choices from shooting sporting clays, skeet or pitching horseshoes to sitting outside with a cocktail enjoying the soft breezes and the big Texas sky or even watching favorite shows on our large screen television.

Hunters will wake up to a quick continental breakfast so we can get right into a day of hunting. After the morning hunt we come on back to the lodge for a hot and hearty lunch. There will be plenty of time to catch up with all the details and exchange stories with the rest of your hunting party. Maybe an after-lunch catnap and relaxation and then you're ready for an afternoon or evening hunt. Your stay at Encino will be comfortable, perhaps a little luxurious, and at the same time you still get plenty of hunting time in the field.
